Description: A special device that was created by Kisuke Urahara at the request of Kuroda, this is a silver wrist strap with a large screen that is able to provide several abilities. First, this acts as an upgraded Soul Communicator, and is able to perform all its functions at an enhanced level, upping the range of hollow detection, allowing for communication to Seireitei from a longer distance and in between worlds. Secondly, it acts as a compact version of the Reiatsu cloak, dispensing a clear version of Urahara's reiatsu stealthing cloak around him eliminating all traces of his presence from sensors, artificial or organic. Lastly there is a compartment on the side which, twice per fight, can administer a pill to Kuroda which induces a burst of reiatsu, increasing the power of his next Reiatsu ability by 1 tier up to a max of Tier VI. Can you make it 1000 meters in diameter, or 500 radial meters for the range.
Also the reiatsu cloaking in itself, its fine, but I rather have it worded to work as a reiatsu sensing jamming device as oppose to an actual cloak, as the cloaks he uses to conceal himself would be hard to make portable in the form of a wristwatch.
Finally, I'm not comfortable passing a cooldown refresher. I'm fine with the auto reiatsu bursting, but to the point where it eliminates cooldowns, even at a limited use, would be a "no" from me.
